New phase-I trial in collaboration with the clinic for Hematology and Hemostaseology initiated at CRC Hannover

On October 26, 2016, the Clinic for Hematology and Hemostaseology (PI Prof. Dr. med. A. Tiede) initiated a phase-I trial in collaboration with the study team of the MHH CRC Core Facility (Prof. Dr. med. C. Schindler). The purpose of this study is the investigation of pharmacokinetic data for a newly developed recombinant blood coagulation factor VIII in relation to body mass index (BMI). This trial will recruit 35 patients with severe hemophilia A worldwide.
